Our Pouches
After spending so much time working on the craftsmanship of our jewelry, presenting it in boxes shipped from the other side of the world — boxes that end up piling up in drawers with no real purpose — simply didn’t make sense to us.
So we imagined packaging in the form of a beautiful, reusable pouch that can also be used as a card holder, made in France from upcycled fabric.
100% upcycled fabric
The fabric for our pouches comes from offcuts from fashion houses. 100% upcycled, these fabrics are sourced from Europe.
Made entirely in France
All our pouches are crafted in France by the seamstresses of L’Atelière. This association is part of a women’s empowerment initiative through sewing.
High-quality primers
And since we're going all the way, the brass snap buttons that close our pouches are made in Belgium.
L'Atelière x Maison LAU
We wanted to give meaning to our packaging. And thanks to the entire team at L'Atelière, it's now possible. They agreed to join us in this wonderful project and put a great deal of care and attention into handcrafting each Maison LAU pouch. Don't hesitate to discover this association of remarkable women.
L'Atelière and the Foyers de l'oiseau bleu
Created in 2013 at the initiative of the Foyers de l’Oiseau Bleu, the integration workshop L’Atelière supports and assists individuals who are far from employment in their social and professional reintegration journey.
With a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, 16 employees in integration programs design and craft unique, high-quality items by hand using textiles collected from recycling containers located in the South Ardèche region. Made from repurposed fabrics, these creations are then sold in their boutiques.
L’Atelière operates in the fields of recycling, textile recovery, and sewing, and must generate revenue to sustain its activity. It therefore offers a wide range of products to meet the diverse needs of its customers (tote bags, baskets, laptop sleeves, reusable makeup remover pads, etc.).
